Are you ready to pit your wits against the great outdoors? Tribe is a premier outdoor team-building experience designed for groups who want to step outside their comfort zones and test the very foundations of social cooperation. Based at our sprawling 40-acre sites in Bristol and Dorset, this immersive challenge forces teams to build a society from the ground up.
Split into Tribes. Design a Culture. Survive the Elements.
Your group will be divided into competing Tribes. Your mission is not just to survive, but to thrive by creating and designing your own unique culture and society. To do this, you must master traditional Bushcraft Skills and navigate a complex bartering system.
Resource Management: You are provided with essential resources used for bartering. How you negotiate with other tribes will determine your growth.
Mastering the Wild: Learn vital survival skills that require focus, patience, and cooperation.
The Social Experiment: Will your tribe develop peacefully through diplomatic negotiation, or will the group descend into chaos and division?
The event concludes with a powerful collaborative finale. All tribes are brought back together to review their progress. The goal is to identify the best attributes from each individual culture to create the “Ultimate Tribe.” It is a fascinating study in team dynamics—will you end up with a high-functioning society, or a scene from Lord of the Flies?

We provide a safe yet challenging environment led by experts in outdoor group dynamics:
Bushcraft Instruction: Expert guidance on survival techniques and resource usage.
Full Event Management: A 2.5 to 3-hour experience managed from start to finish by our professional hosts.
All Equipment Provided: From bartering resources to bushcraft tools.
Safety & Briefings: Comprehensive safety instructions to ensure the “wild” stays manageable.
Bristol Centre: Just 5 minutes from J17 of the M5 (Cribbs Causeway).
Dorset Centre: Perfectly situated 20 minutes from Poole, Weymouth, and Dorchester, and 40 minutes from Bournemouth.
Group Tiers: We scale our staffing to maintain the “Tribe” atmosphere for groups of all sizes:
