Break away from the “standard” team-building task. The Max Events Team Challenge is a unique, flowing experience where your team’s progress is dictated by their ability to solve a sequence of logic and physical puzzles.
This isn’t just a list of random games; it is an interconnected 7-task journey. To move forward, your team must unlock the “key element” from their current challenge to solve the next one. It requires a diverse mix of leadership, lateral thinking, and collaborative execution.
Duration: Approx. 2.5 Hours | Available On-Site or Mobile
On-Site Adventure: Run across our professional venues in Bristol (J17, M5) or Dorset (near Bournemouth & Poole).
Office-Based Version: We offer a specialized, compact version of the challenge that can be run directly in your boardroom or office common area.
Mobile Excellence: We can bring the entire 7-task setup to your hotel or conference centre (additional travel costs apply).
Our challenge is built on the core components of team-building theory. Each of the seven tasks is weighted differently to test your group’s:
Communication: Can they relay instructions accurately under pressure?
Resource Management: Using the “Key Elements” effectively to unlock the next stage.
Lateral Thinking: Seeing the solutions that aren’t immediately obvious.
Resilience: Moving past a failed attempt to try a new strategy as a unit.
Facilitated Learning: This event can be expanded to provide deep-dive facilitation on team dynamics or kept as a light-hearted, high-energy competition.
Head-to-Head Action: Larger groups are split into competing teams, racing to see who can crack the 7th and final puzzle first.
Budget Friendly: The modular nature of these tasks makes this a highly flexible solution for different budget and time constraints.

Tiers: Up to 15 | 16–24 | 25–36 | 37–48 | 49–60 | 61–72+ people.
Bristol Centre: Just 5 minutes from J17 of the M5 (Cribbs Causeway).
Dorset Centre: Perfectly situated 20 minutes from Poole, Weymouth, and Dorchester, and 40 minutes from Bournemouth.
