Only £90 Per Person (Based on a 1-night Friday or Saturday stay)

Enjoy memorable evenings under the stars with family and friends, ideal for larger groups such as hen and stag parties. We offer five distinct pitches across the site, each thoughtfully spaced to give your group its own private area to celebrate in comfort without disturbance.

The Safari Tent Specs:

  • Spacious & Social: Each tent sleeps up to 12 guests (primarily in sturdy, adult-sized bunk beds)—built for groups who want to stay together.

  • Large Capacity Pitches: Our 5 pitches are designed to scale, accommodating groups from 13 up to 24 people.

  • Wood-Fired Hot Tub: Every pitch comes with its own wood-fired hot tub—the ultimate way to unwind after a day of adrenaline.

  • Private Facilities: No communal blocks here. Every tent features its own private toilet and shower.

  • Kitchen & Social: Self-catering ready with a fridge-freezer to keep the beer and Prosecco ice-cold.

  • Fire Pit & BBQ: The heart of the weekend. Every tent has its own outdoor fire pit area for late-night stories and grilled feasts.

Taking inspiration from the world-famous Sky Lagoon in Iceland, our Wellness Zone combines European pampering with the raw beauty of the Dorset coast. Whether you are staying in our Luxury Safari Tents or visiting for a spa day, our ritual is designed to reset your mind and body.

WELLNESS TREATMENTS AVAILABLE

The 7-Step Wellness Ritual –  Experience our signature journey of fire and ice. This 2-hour private experience uses mineral-rich water sourced from 80 metres underground right here in Dorset.

The Glo Package: Includes the full 7-Step Wellness Ritual plus a 20-minute treatment of your choice. (Total duration: 3 hours).

The Bliss Package: Our ultimate experience. Includes the 7-Step Ritual plus a 30-minute treatment of your choice. (Total duration: 3 hours).

Check in from between 15.00 and 18.00. Anything outside this time please call us. Early check is available at an additional £20 from Midday. Check out is by 11am. Late check out is available at £30 per hour.
Will the hot tub be ready?
Will the hot tub be ready?
The hot tub will be lit and ready for your arrival. After that it is up to you to keep warm. It is fairly straight forward and we do provide instructions. We will be on hand to help if necessary. It normally takes about 2 hours to get to a perfect temperature.
What is the minimum/maximum group size?

There is a minimum group size of 4 people and up to a maximum of 24 people, if your group size is larger than this you will be split over more pitches. We have 5 pitches available. Pitch 1 - Capacity 24 in 2 large tents each sleep 12 people Pitch 2 - Capacity 22 in 1 medium tent sleeping 6 and 4 pods each for 4 people pitch 3 - Capacity 20 in 2 large tents, one sleeps 12 the other 8. Pitch 4 - Capacity 14 in 1 large 2 story tent Pitch 5 - Capacity 13 in 1 medium tent sleeping 8 and one small tent sleeping 5

You need to bring sleeping bag/duvet and a towel. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided. In most cases a large fridge freezer and a small induction hob. Gas is provided for the BBQ Enough wood is provided for reasonable use. Extra wood can be purchased. Toilet paper is included.
How close are you to tourist attractions?
How close are you to tourist attractions?
The number 1 tourist attraction - Max Events is on site! Apart from that we are 20 minutes from Poole, Weymouth and the historic city of Dorchester and 40 minutes from Bournemouth. The tank Museum, Monkey world are just down the road.

Yes, we do run activities on site. Please be aware of this when booking. Our busiest activity day is Saturday, during the week we are much quieter. We do not run activities on Sunday. Please be aware we do operate stag and hen groups (mainly on Saturday) they may be wearing fancy dress! The activities are a reasonable distance from the tents. You do receive discounts on activities if you are staying with us.

No we are open all week but bookings must be made in advance. Saturday is our busiest day. Any booking would be subject to availability and group size. Please call to discuss options.

Yes, but we do have a noise curfew at 11pm, and if you are affecting other groups at any point you will be asked to turn noise down. After 11pm a small speaker providing background music is fine,

Yes, anyone under 16 there must be a parent/guardian or carer present.

Yes each pitch has their own private showers and toilets, right next to or behind the tents.

Max Events carries £5 million public liability insurance. This covers us and you in the event of our negligence subject to the terms and conditions of the policy. By taking part in an activity you are accepting that there are risks, you are provided with all instruction necessary to complete the activity safely, if you choose to ignore our instructions and operate any equipment beyond your ability or the boundaries that we provide then you will not be covered, it does not cover you for acts of stupidity or if an incident arises beyond our control. Please be aware any activity we offer can result in injury or death.

There are steps going up to decked areas and into tents. We can provide ramps for wheelchair access. Unfortunately not all of our tents are suitable fore less able bodied people, please ask when booking. For your safety please contact us before your event day if any of your group has any Medical, Physical or Mental conditions or disabilities which might affect them taking part in the activities.

Yes, although the tents are made of heavy canvas, it is still chilly in the colder months. At the moment only one pitch has heating in the tent. Please be aware no refunds will be made if we are open and you cannot make the event, for whatever reason.
